The Citadel Community Association (hereinafter known as the 'CCA') is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. It is the policy of the CCA that personal information is private and confidential. Because your privacy is important to us, the CCA maintains privacy policies to protect your personal information.
Website Privacy Policy
By using this site, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes set out below. We do not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those identified below, except with your consent or as required by law.
The Information We Collect:
(1) Site Activity & Statistics Data – Each time a visitor comes to this website, our web server collects and logs certain information. These logs include, but are not restricted to your machine's TCP/IP address, date, time and files accessed. These logs also contain information about ‘referrer' information if you clicked on an external link to a CCA webpage. These logs are used solely for performance, site administration, statistics and security reviews. They are not sold or shared in any way to third party organizations and are generally not personally identifiable.
(2) Cookies – Portions of the CCA website may use cookies only for security and authentication purposes. This information is used solely to maintain your computer's session to the CCA server. This information is not shared or sold to third party organizations for any purpose.
Community Association Members Privacy Policy
By becoming a member of the Citadel Community Association, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes set out below. We do not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those identified below, except with your consent or as required by law.
(1) Personal Information – The following personal information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it by becoming a CCA member.
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Number of people in your household
- Owner or Renter of property
(2) Use of Personal Information – Personal information will not be sold to any third parties, nor will such information be added to bulk email or marketing lists. The CCA occasional may share your information with local organizations with the purpose of confirming membership status should they offer discounts, registration priorities or other benefits to CCA members. An example being discount of team registration fees for confirmed CCA members.
Occasionally the CCA may contact you about upcoming community events or if there is a need for volunteers to assist with community run events. This is an opt-in program only, and you may select not to be contacted on your CCA membership form. You may also chose to opt-out of the program should you wish to change your status.
